Lola is a community focused chef, who has set up and cooked at many social eating projects and food networks alongside a career in restaurants and events.

A keen grower, fermenter and forager, she primarily uses highly seasonal and β€˜wild’ ingredients and traditional cooking techniques inspired by nature to produce delicious food, made for sharing, and good for people and planet.

Her combined passion for sustainable cooking and for being in nature has led her new project WILD RIOT - seasonal cooking inspired by nature - serving delicious food to reconnect us with the land around us.
